As a fan of many super hero video games and such I have noticed the wide variety of villains in each game I play but I think I have figured out the most annoying villain I've come across and that would be the Riddler from the Batman Arkham series his riddles are not only complicated but he also never shuts up and is completely full of himself that is what makes him the most annoying villain to me.
